How to Make Sherry Trifle

Ingredients: Swiss Roll, Strawberry Jelly, Sherry Wine, Fruit Cocktail, Bird's Custard Mix, Whipped Cream, Colored Sprinkles.

Step 1: Cut the Swiss roll and place it in the trifle bowl.

Step 2: Prepare the jelly following the package instructions and replace 1/2 cup of cold water with 1/2 cup of sherry.

Step 3: Pour the fruit cocktail over the Swiss roll, then cover with the jelly.

Step 4: Place in the refrigerator to set.

Step 5: Prepare the custard and pour it over the jelly once it has set.

Step 6: Then cover with whipped cream and sprinkle with sugar sprinkles, keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
