How to Prepare Tomato and Herb Salad

Ingredients: Roma Tomato, Cucumber, Red Onion, Fresh Mint, Fresh Basil, Fresh Parsley, Salt, Black Pepper, Non-Fat Plain Yogurt.

Preparation Steps:

Cut each tomato into 4 wedges.

Cut each wedge in half crosswise.

Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise.

Cut each piece in half lengthwise and slice crosswise into 1/2-inch pieces.

Combine the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, mint, basil, and parsley in a large bowl.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Add yogurt and mix gently.

Serve immediately.
