Margarine
Pumpkin Seeds

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Clean the fibers from the pumpkin seeds but do not wash them.

Coat the seeds with a mixture of oil and margarine.

Spread the seeds on a baking tray.

Sprinkle with coarse salt to taste and roast for 30 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown.
