How to Prepare Teriyaki-Style Chicken Breast Only

Slice the chicken lengthwise into four pieces and skewer them onto two thin or sharp skewers.

Mix the rest of the ingredients and use to marinate the chicken in a shallow dish for at least two hours.

Turn the meat at least once after the first hour.

Grill 5 to 6 inches from the heat, turning once, or on a charcoal grill for approximately 10 minutes.
