For this recipe we need the following ingredients: Active sourdough starter, egg, cooking oil, instant milk, salt, baking soda, and sugar.

Mix all the ingredients until you get a homogeneous mixture. It is important to allow the mixture to bubble and foam for one or two minutes to activate the sourdough and achieve an ideal consistency.

Heat a griddle or pan over medium-high heat and add a little oil to prevent sticking.

With a large spoon, place portions of the mixture onto the hot griddle and cook each pancake until bubbles begin to form on the surface and the edges are firm.

Flip carefully and cook on the other side until golden brown and well cooked.

Repeat the process with the rest of the mixture and serve the pancakes hot, accompanied by honey, fruit, or your preferred topping.
