How to prepare Beef Roti and Curry

Ingredients:

Flour, boiling water, beef, ginger, garlic, onion, salt, curry powder, oil, potatoes.

Steps to prepare the roti:

Pour the boiling water over the flour.

Use a large spoon to mix as the dough will be very hot.

Mix until smooth so it is easy to roll out.

Grease the pan before frying.

Make them the size of taco tortillas.

Also grease both sides of the roti and fry it.

Keep it warm in a pan or covered container while you fry the rest of the roti.
