Low-fat dense brownies

Brownies are a very popular dessert that originated in the United States in the late 19th century. It is believed they were created by accident when a chef forgot to add baking powder to a chocolate cake, resulting in a dense and delicious texture that won over many. In Latin America, although they are mainly known as "brownies," in some countries they have similar names or are adapted as "compact chocolate cake" or simply "chocolate sponge cake." This dessert has transcended borders, and nowadays there are many variations, including healthier options like low-fat brownies.

These brownies are ideal for those looking to enjoy a sweet treat without consuming as many calories from fat, while maintaining an intense flavor and characteristic texture. They are perfect to accompany an afternoon coffee or to share at family gatherings and with friends.
