How to prepare Cucumber Salad with Spicy Wasabi Dressing

Ingredients: Dried Wasabi, Cucumbers, Rice Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Sesame Oil, Salt and Black Pepper, Green Onions, Black Sesame Seeds.

Steps:

Mix the wasabi with 1/2 teaspoon of warm water in the bottom of a mixing bowl and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Peel the cucumbers, cut them in half lengthwise and use a melon baller or a spoon to scoop out the seeds.

Cut the cucumbers crosswise into 1/4-inch half-moons.

Add the vinegar and sugar to the wasabi and whisk until smooth.

Add the sesame oil, salt, and pepper while whisking.

Just before serving, add the cucumbers, green onion, and sesame seeds to the dressing and mix well.
