Chicken with mustard and bourbon is a recipe that combines intense and delicious flavors, highly appreciated in American cuisine. Its origin is mainly found in the southern United States, where bourbon, a type of whiskey characteristic of the Kentucky region, is frequently used in culinary preparations to add a distinctive touch. In various Latin American countries, this way of preparing chicken can be found under similar names, although in some places it is simply called "chicken glazed with mustard and whiskey" or "mustard chicken with a touch of bourbon." Its popularity has grown thanks to the fusion of ingredients that balance sweet, spicy, and smoky flavors, providing a unique gastronomic experience.
