Buffalo burgers with grilled jalapeños are a delicious variation of the traditional American burger that has gained popularity in various regions of Latin America. Buffalo, also known as bison in some countries, offers a lean meat rich in protein, ideal for those looking for a healthier option without sacrificing flavor. Although in the United States this meat has been consumed since ancient times by native peoples, its use in burgers has grown in Latin America in recent decades.
In countries like Mexico, Argentina, and Chile, buffalo burgers can vary in name and preparation, sometimes being called "bison burgers" or simply "gourmet burgers." The use of fresh jalapeños adds a spicy touch characteristic of Mexican cuisine, while the grilling technique is common in various Latin American cultures to enhance smoky and juicy flavors. This recipe combines tradition and modernity, ideal for those who enjoy intense and natural flavors.
