Balsamic vinegar steak marinade

Balsamic vinegar steak marinade is a preparation with Mediterranean roots that has been adopted and adapted in several Latin American countries. Balsamic vinegar, originally from the Modena region of Italy, provides a delicate, slightly sweet and acidic flavor that enhances the juiciness and texture of the meat. In different Latin American countries, this marinade may be known simply as balsamic vinegar adobo or balsamic meat marinade, although its popularity has increased thanks to culinary fusion and globalization.

In Mexico and Argentina, for example, there are variants that mix similar ingredients to enhance the flavors of select beef cuts. The purpose of this mixture is to tenderize the meat and give it a sophisticated and balanced flavor profile, ideal for barbecues, roasts, or special dinners.
