How to Make Apple Cake with Icing

To begin, preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch oblong pan.

Add the remaining cake ingredients: eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla, pecans, and chopped apples. Mix well until a homogeneous batter is obtained.
