How to Make Spicy Green Rice

Ingredients: Rice, spinach leaves, mint leaves, cilantro leaves, cloves, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, onions, green chilies, ginger and garlic paste, water, salt, mace.

Blanch the spinach leaves, mint leaves, and cilantro leaves.

Grind until a paste is obtained.

In a thick-bottomed pot, heat oil.

Add cloves, cardamom pods, cinnamon sticks, mace, and the ginger and garlic paste.

Sauté for a moment.

Add chopped onions and slit green chilies.

Fry until they turn light golden brown.

Then, add the green paste.

Cook for a few minutes.
