How to Make Scandinavian Raspberry Soup

In the blender jar, puree 1 package of raspberries, then strain to remove the seeds.

In a medium saucepan, combine the raspberry puree, orange juice, lemon juice, and cornstarch.

Mix well.

Let it cool.
