How to prepare Savory Rice

Ingredients: Rice, Chicken Broth, Butter, Mushrooms, Onion, Celery, Beef Consommé.

Melt butter in a pan and cook onions and celery until translucent.

In a greased baking dish, place alternating layers of rice, the onion and celery mixture, and mushrooms.

Pour the two cans of broth over the mixture and place covered in an oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.

If the rice seems dry, add a little water.
