How to make Mom's Potato Soup

Ingredients: Celery, onion, butter, water, potatoes, eggs, evaporated milk, salt, pepper.

Steps:

Cook onion and celery in butter until tender, without browning.

Add water, potatoes, and eggs, with their shells on and washed, and cook until the potatoes are tender.

Peel and chop the eggs.

Return them to the pot with the potatoes.

Add evaporated milk, salt, pepper.

Place a pat of butter on top of the soup in the bowl.
