How to Make Fettuccine with Peas and Ham

Ingredients: Unsalted butter, parmesan cheese, green onions, fettuccine, mushrooms, salt and pepper, whipping cream, small frozen peas, and ham.

Melt the butter in a large, heavy skillet over medium heat.

Add shallots and sauté until soft.

Add mushrooms, increase the heat to high, and cook until the mushrooms are lightly browned.

Add the peas and cook for approximately 30 seconds.

Add the cream and boil for two minutes.

Reduce the heat to low.
