How to Prepare Kale and Potato Soup

To begin, peel and chop the potatoes into medium-sized pieces to facilitate their cooking.

Remove the cooked potatoes and reserve the cooking liquid to conserve the nutrients and flavor.

Mash the potatoes using a sieve to obtain a smooth texture and return them to the reserved liquid in the pot.

Carefully wash the kale, discarding the tough leaves and cutting the rest into thin strips.
