How to Make Chinese Noodle Salad
Ingredients: Snow peas, rice noodles, red bell pepper, English cucumber, shrimp, crab meat, fresh ginger, garlic, sesame oil, black pepper, salt, lemon juice, vegetable oil, and red wine vinegar.
Steps:
Wash and trim the snow peas.
Place them in a bowl and pour enough boiling water to cover them.
Let them sit for 10 minutes.
Drain and set aside.
Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes.
Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the noodles, snow peas, red bell pepper, cucumber, shrimp, and crab meat.
