Hungry boy casserole

Hungry Boy Casserole is a dish originating from traditional American cuisine, particularly popular in the southern United States. This stew, whose essence lies in combining simple and accessible ingredients, was created as a practical solution to feed families with what was on hand, especially in times of scarcity. In different Latin American countries, similar dishes go by various names, such as "bean casserole" in Mexico or "complete stew" in some regions of Central America, although each with its own ingredients and preparation styles. This recipe stands out for its versatility and its ability to satisfy the appetite of the little ones and the whole family.
