How to cook three-tier cake
Take a cup of walnut and put aside. Divide the dough, sugar, sour cream, starch and soda into three equal parts. Whisk the half part of sugar with egg. Add starch, sour cream, flour, 1/3 soda and walnut. Fill vegetable oil on pan and put oil (baking) paper. Fill the walnut dough and bake at 180 degree oven for about 20min. Wash the poppy in tepid water, fill in the stewpot, pour hot water on it and immediately pour out. Fill again boiled water and leave a minute. Whisk the egg with the rest of the sugar, add all ingredients and instead of nut add the poppy. Fill the dough in the pan, bake for 20min. Whisk the rest of the sugar with egg, add the ingredients and chopped dried apricot. Mix and bake 20min. Also whisk the condensed milk with butter. Scrape the cream on dough layers, put at first walnut, then poppy and at the end the dried apricot layers. Also scrape the cream on the surface and on the sides and sprinkle a cup of walnut.
